Japan · one point · warnings, observation, earthquakes, prices
Here, now
For people who live in Japan and read in English. One card for one point: what the Japan Meteorological Agency has in force there right now, what the nearest station measured, what shook nearby, how high the ground is, and what the municipality's goods cost. Every value carries its time and its source.

What it costs here
From kurashigram, the sister project that measures prices in Japan from primary sources. Today it reads furusato-nozei (hometown tax) return goods and normalises them to grams per 10,000 yen of donation.
Sources and notices
Warnings and advisories are relayed as published by the Japan Meteorological Agency. KUON GEO does not issue them; the official source is jma.go.jp. In an emergency follow your municipality's instructions.
When opened without a place, the point is the approximate location of the network edge you came through, rounded to about 5 km, and nothing is stored. A searched or shared point is rounded to about 100 m.
