Open an SXF exchange drawing (.sfc / .p21) and see what is inside it.

This page reports what the file states about itself. It does not draw the geometry.

Why not: SXF stores each line, circle and arc as a feature whose parameters are positional. The published specification covers the C library interface, not the order of those parameters, and we could not verify the order against a real file. Drawing from a guessed order would produce a plausible drawing that is quietly wrong, which is worse than not drawing it.
